He started and finished our job when he said he would, had himself or his employees at our house working every day (even an occasional Sunday!) and was quick with attaining appropriate permits/inspections. John was flexible with us as we made changes to our plans and offered suggestions/guidance when we asked for it. Now that the project is complete, he has come back several times to help with final adjustments/additions upon our request to make sure we are completely satisfied with the outcome. The finished product is beautiful.
